At Callidus Wholesale our mission is clear: to empower solar PV installers and accelerate the adoption of solar energy solutions in the UK. We firmly believe that solar power is a cornerstone of achieving a cleaner, more sustainable future. Our motto is “ Solar done right, Service done better” what this means is we provide a wide range of high-quality solar products, exceptional customer service, and valuable resources, we aim to make it easier for installers, electrical wholesalers, building and plumbing merchants to thrive in this dynamic industry.

Why We Started

The urgency to address climate change and reduce carbon emissions has never been greater. As the United Kingdom strives to achieve its ambitious net-zero emissions target, we recognized a critical need for a reliable and forward-thinking solar wholesaler. We were founded by a couple of dedicated individuals who could see the need for extra capacity of solar products and, more importantly, training and support for the 100’s of new installers entering the market. Many of these installers come from a traditional Electrician, or Plumbing installation background and therefore do business differently to a PV Installer. For the UK to reach it’s Net Zero ambitions we will see many more installers enter the market and these guys will need support, training, and knowledge and this is something we offer; we visit independent electrical wholesalers and offer tech talks to their respective customer base, and we have invested in an after sales technical help desk to support new and existing installers as they enter and endure in a dynamic and ever changing environment.
